1) Who We Are

Zamatime Academy provides online courses , hard books and e‑books related to Saudi curricula and international exams.


2) Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Accepted methods: Payment Gateway, PayPal, and Bank Transfer.
  • Refund window: You may request a refund within 12 hours of purchasing any product.
  • Processing time: Refunds are processed within 3–21 business days, subject to payment‑provider constraints.
  • Refunds may be denied if there is substantial use of the subscription or a breach of these Terms (e.g., account sharing, content copying).

3) Privacy Policy

3.1 Data We Collect and Why

  • Comments: We collect the data shown in the comment form, plus your IP address and browser user‑agent to help detect spam.
  • Gravatar: An anonymized hash of your email may be sent to the Gravatar service to check if you use it. After your comment is approved, your profile picture may be visible with your comment. See Automattic’s privacy policy.
  • Media: If you upload images, avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) since visitors can download and extract it.
  • Accounts & Subscriptions: We collect the information you provide to create and manage your account and deliver the service.
  • Payments: Card details are processed by our payment providers (payment gateway, PayPal, and bank transfer). We do not store card data on our servers. You can view payment details on the provider’s payment link.

3.2 Cookies

  • If you leave a comment, you may opt‑in to saving your name, email and website in cookies for one year.
  • A temporary cookie on the login page checks whether your browser accepts cookies; it contains no personal data and is removed when you close your browser.
  • When you log in, we set cookies to save your login information and screen display choices. Login cookies last 2 days; screen options cookies last 1 year; selecting “Remember Me” keeps your login for 2 weeks. Logging out removes login cookies.
  • If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie saves the post ID of the article you edited; it expires after 1 day.

Third‑party providers (e.g., payment gateways) may place their own cookies under their policies.

3.3 Who We Share Data With

We do not sell or share your data with marketers. We may share limited data with processors necessary to provide the service (e.g., payment providers, anti‑spam tools) using the minimum required for the purpose.

3.4 How Long We Keep Data

  • Comments and their metadata are kept indefinitely to recognize and auto‑approve follow‑up comments.
  • User Accounts: We store profile information for as long as your account exists. You can view, edit, or delete your personal information at any time (username cannot be changed). Site administrators can also view and edit that information.

3.5 Your Rights

You may request:

  • An export of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you provided to us.
  • Deletion of your personal data, except data we must keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

4) Terms of Use

4.1 Accounts and Access

  • One concurrent device/session per account. To sign in on a different browser or device, you must log out manually first.
  • Account sharing is prohibited. We may suspend or cancel service without refund for violations.

4.2 Intellectual Property

  • All e‑books, videos, and learning materials are owned by Zamatime Academy.
  • Subscribers receive a personal, non‑transferable, limited license to view content only during the course subscription period.
  • Copying, downloading, recording, scanning, redistributing, or re‑publishing any content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
  • Report IP violations to hr@zamatime.com.

4.3 Courses and Subscriptions

  • Each course has a specific subscription duration shown on the course page.
  • When a subscription ends, access to that course’s content stops.
  • Courses that include physical books: delivery typically takes 2 to 8 business days, depending on the courier service.

4.4 Embedded/Third‑Party Content

Pages may include embedded content (videos, images, articles). Embedded content behaves as if you visited the third‑party site directly and may collect data or use cookies under that site’s policies.

4.5 Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of specific learning outcomes. Progress depends on the learner’s effort and background. We are not liable for outages or issues beyond our control (e.g., third‑party providers, hosting, payment processors).

4.6 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Courts of Amman, Jordan shall have jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.


5) Delivery Notes (for Courses with Physical Books)

  • Standard delivery time: 2–8 business days, subject to courier availability and location.
  • You will receive updates from the courier if provided by the shipping service.
